When/if you are prompted to "Open" or "Save" the file, select "Save" and pick a destination on your computer where you want to save the file. The file is PDF format - and you may require software such as Adobe Reader to read the file. Most modern day computers will have PDF reading software already installed, but if you still need one, then you can download Adobe Reader for free here. Some users are complaining about some pages not viewing properly, or even not appearing - this is an error with your computer, probably a software or firmware issue relating to your graphics card.
